Bitflinger Cocktails Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Bitflinger Cocktails app for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by Bitflinger LLC. The Bitflinger privacy policy covers Bitflinger TV and this website.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not connect to the internet. We never receive anything you enter into it.

Your app store's country

When Settings opens, the app asks your device's app store (the App Store or Google Play) which country your store account is in. The stores allow the app to show its Buy Me a Coffee link only in some countries, and this is how it knows. The answer stays on your device and is not stored or sent to us.

Buy Me a Coffee

Tapping Buy me a coffee opens buymeacoffee.com in your browser. Anything you do there is between you and Buy Me a Coffee, under their privacy policy. If you choose to support us, we see what Buy Me a Coffee shows a creator, such as the name and message you give it. The app itself learns nothing.

What stays on your device

The bottles you mark as on your bar, your favorites and your settings are stored in the app's own storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Backups

Export backup writes your bar, favorites and settings to a small file and opens your device's share sheet. Where that file goes is up to you; it is never sent to us. Import backup reads a file you choose and nothing else.

Children

The app is about alcoholic drinks and is meant for adults of legal drinking age. It collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version adds anything that collects or sends data, such as an account or syncing, we will update this policy before that version is released and say here what changed.
