Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 23, 2026

This policy covers paid plans for Bitflinger TV, sold by Bitflinger, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). You can buy a plan in three places, and who handles a refund depends on where you bought it.

A free account costs nothing and needs no payment method, so there is nothing to refund. If you are not sure a plan is worth it, the free account and the subscriber features included with every new account are the way to try Bitflinger TV first.

Purchases on our website

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on our website, including at app.bitflinger.tv. Paddle handles payment, tax, billing questions and refunds for those orders, under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of any charge, for any reason. That includes the first payment on a monthly or yearly plan, every renewal payment, and the one-time lifetime plan.

To ask for one, go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you paid with, and request a refund.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider. When a payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends and your account returns to the free version. Your watchlist, services and settings stay as they are.

After 14 days you can still request a refund at paddle.net, for example if you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel. Those refunds are at our discretion.

Purchases in the App Store

Apple sells and bills plans bought in the App Store, on iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, and only Apple can refund them. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides under its own policy.

Purchases in Google Play

Google sells and bills plans bought in Google Play, on Android phones, tablets or Google TV. Request a refund through Google Play, under Google Play's refund policy. If Google can't help, email us at help@bitflinger.net and we will take a look.

Canceling is different from a refund

Canceling stops future charges. It doesn't return money already paid, and the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. You can cancel at any time:

  • Website purchases: use the link in any email from Paddle about your subscription, or sign in at app.bitflinger.tv and choose Manage subscription. Deleting your Bitflinger TV account also cancels a website subscription right away.
  • App Store purchases: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  • Google Play purchases: open the Google Play Store app, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy limits any right to cancel a purchase or get a refund that the law where you live gives you.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. A change never takes away a refund you were already entitled to for a charge made before it.
