Bitflinger Recipes Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Bitflinger Recipes app for iPhone, iPad and Android, made by Bitflinger, LLC. The Bitflinger privacy policy covers Bitflinger TV and this website, and the Bitflinger Cocktails privacy policy covers that app.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not connect to the internet. We never receive anything you enter into it.

Your purchase

You buy the app from the App Store or Google Play, and the store handles the payment under its own privacy policy. The app has no in-app purchases and does not check your purchase itself.

What stays on your device

The ingredients you mark as in your pantry or on your bar, your favorites and your settings, including any diets and allergens you choose, are stored in the app's own storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.

Backups

Export backup writes your pantry, bar, favorites and settings to a small file and opens your device's share sheet. Where that file goes is up to you; it is never sent to us. Import backup reads a file you choose and nothing else.

Children

The app includes alcoholic drinks and is meant for adults of legal drinking age. It collects no information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If a future version adds anything that collects or sends data, such as an account or syncing, we will update this policy before that version is released and say here what changed.
